CHRIS ALEXANDER PDF Print E-mail

Chris Alexander is a lifelong movie enthusiast. He is a noted critic and columnist for legendary NYC based horror film entertainment periodical Fangoria and on-air film critic for Toronto radio station AM 640, The John Oakley Morning Show.  Chris has spent many years formulating opinions on film as well as unique ways to convey that passion to others.
He has taught film theory at Sheridan College, Oakville and as a musician has composed and performed scores for various feature and short films. In September 2006, after a spate of scathing reviews in print and radio, Chris was the only Canadian critic chosen to step into a boxing ring with noted "bad filmmaker" Uwe Boll, in a controversial and outrageous Raging Boll publicity stunt event. Chris brings an eccentric, informed point of view to his teachings as well as a dizzying, near textbook knowledge of world cinema.
